CIS - Crisis Intervention Specialist
The Crisis Intervention Specialist oversees the clients that are housed in our Emergency Shelter. Individual and Group therapy are given to these clients, as well as advocating for their needs.
SATP - Sexual Abuse Treatment Program
SATP is a statewide, comprehensive, community-based, family-centered treatment system supported by funds from the Department of Health’s Children’ Medical Services and the Manatee County Government. We offer group, family and individual counseling services, free of charge, for child sexual abuse survivors and their families who are residents of Manatee County.
VOCA - Victims Of Crime Act
Crime victimization is a traumatic event that impacts not only the victim, but the entire family. Services are free of charge. Children and teens are victims of many crimes such as:
- Physical Abuse
- Neglect
- Domestic Violenc
- Home Invasion
- Robbery
- Survivor of Homicide
